  • Ensure the security and privacy of online data.

Miscellaneous Duties

1. Vendor Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Negotiate service contracts and oversee vendor performance.

2. Utilities Management

  • Manage utility accounts and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with utility providers for services and repairs.

3. Community Engagement

  • Established relationships with NYC-based vendors and contractors.
  • File annual and periodic reports required by NYC agencies, such as the Department of Buildings and Department of Housing Preservation and Development.
